Shipping Methods:

• BYMESKIN utilises Royal Mail for all deliveries within the UK.
• Choose from our Standard or Express shipping options during checkout.

Domestic (UK) Shipping:

• We offer Free Standard shipping within the UK (2-3 business days after processing).
• Opt for our Express service for 3.99 to receive your order in 1-2 business days after processing.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number will be sent. Use this number to monitor your package on the Royal Mail website.

Delivery Issues:

• If you encounter any issues, such as delays or damages during delivery, please promptly contact our customer support team at contact@bymeskin.co.uk.

Missing or Lost Packages:

• In the unlikely event that your package goes missing or is lost in transit, reach out to us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with Royal Mail to find a resolution swiftly.

Change of Address:

• Ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase to avoid any delivery issues. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the shipping address once the order is processed.

International Shipping:

• At this time, BYMESKIN only offers shipping within the UK. We do not provide international delivery services.

Returns Eligibility:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Returns are eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
